- Collaborates with the other fellows (2-3) to identify and secure housing for Abrahamic House
- Collaborates with fellow residents in hosting 4 events per month in adherence to the following themes: Rituals and Holidays, Justice and Service, Out of the Box and Social Nights. One out of the four monthly events will be determined by Abrahamic House admin team
- Collaborates to host monthly events and gatherings to create a safe space for dialogue and meaningful conversations while designing programming that lead to community impact and service
- Commits to an annual fellowship with the opportunity to extend for a second year
- Helps identify and recruit a fellow in the unlikely scenario of a resident having to leave the fellowship
- Prepares and carries out all events, gatherings and programming as discussed and agreed with other fellows and Abrahamic House admin team
- Attends all monthly individual and group meetings as arranged by Abrahamic House admin team
- Submits all monthly reports, documentations and receipts to the Abrahamic House admin team
- Attends all annual training and team-building retreats
- Works with other fellow residents to create and maintain a clean, welcoming and hospitable home to host in-person gatherings and events
- Expects to communicate and share with the general public through social media platforms, as provided by Abrahamic House admin team, to highlight week-by-week activities of interfaith peace
- building efforts through planned activities
- Monitors and enforces all safety regulations and procedures relating to the health and safety of the fellows, Abrahamic House and those who attend programming according to SOPs
- Completes all incident reports pertaining to programing and gatherings
- Helps provide an atmosphere for developing good morale and well-being among the fellows and the community that is related to the work of Abrahamic House
- Responsible for the lease, care and maintenance of Abrahamic House
- Monitors, orders and maintains supplies and food for events
- Maintains and reviews evaluations of programming and gatherings and shares through the reporting system provided by Abrahamic House admin team
- Prepares a capstone project at the end of the fellowship to present to Abrahamic House, the Board and the general public
- Any other related duties as assigned
